About this Training
 

The Mana of Maui will hold us in for this Immersion experience available to Previous Participants.

In this Retreat, we will dive in to the foundational aspects of the work and uncover deeper kaona of Internal Navigation, Ho’oponopono Ho’omanamana which guide us towards refinement of the bodywork of Ancient Lomi Lomi.

With participants who have already experienced the work, we will begin at a new threshold, stepping across deeper and wider lines in ourselves and in the work. As usual, we endeavor to fostering deep nourishment and regeneration through vibrant, organic food from the land, prepared with love. We hope you will join us for an adventure meeting and cultivating The Ancient Soul of the Body.

About Your instructor

Jody Mountain is a dancer, choreographer and teacher with 25 years experience in various forms of movement dynamics and healing modalities. Since 1989, she has been studying, practicing and teaching the art of Ancient Lomi Lomi and it's foundations in Ancient Hawaiian Wisdom. Jody has studied with Kahu Abraham Kawa'i, Aua'ia, Maka'i'ole, ‘Uliama and brings forward the teaching of this lineage. Jody also practices and facilitates Core & Cellular Healing — a modern form of Ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono. She is a licensed massage therapist and teacher in the state of Hawai'i, and has dedicated her life to sharing the depth and vibrancy of this profound work with others as a vehicle for embodied awakened consciousness.

—Ho'omanamana — Gentle physical practices to open subtle pathways from the Body Consciousness to our awareness, incorporating the natural world.
—Ho'oponopono / Core & Cellular Healing — A simple process to free trapped emotions, including trauma & pain and bring us back into Right Relationship with our inner & outer 'Ohana (Family)
—Ke Ala Hoku / Pathway to the Stars — All of the practices are foundational to The Sacred art of Ancient Lomi Lomi

Retreat Location:

Our Retreat will be held in a private location on Maui’s North Shore surrounded by lush green, ocean views and open spaces. The closest airport to arrive and depart is: Kahului Airport. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are readily available there. Maui does have a public transport bus, but unfortunately this is not recommended as there are no bus stops close to our facility.

A rental car is not recommended for your stay as transport during the Retreat is included.

Please note that we begin at Sunrise on the first day. Participants must be on-island at least the day before and must be staying on the North Shore in Pa’ia or Makawao in order to be picked up for our journey to the house of the Sun. It is recommended that you arrive a couple of days prior to the Retreat so that you can be rested from travel to begin early on the morning of September 16. It’s also best to stay for at least a day or two after the Retreat for integration.

Dates & Times:

We will begin on Monday, September 15, 2025 Sunrise.
and be finishing on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 3pm.
If you have to leave on the final day, please book any outgoing flights to depart after 9p.m.

*We will arrange transport on the North Shore to our location for Opening Ceremonies.

Our home for the Retreat lies on a vibrant and beautiful piece of land, with organic food grown onsite, ocean views, and spacious, bright accommodations. The flowers and food grown on the land enhance our stay.

Men and women are designated to different rooms.

Food

Meals for the Retreat are freshly prepared from local, organic produce by our Master Chef who is deeply connected with the land. Her expertise is in the creation of nutritious and delicious dishes designed to nourish us on many levels. The food for this Retreat will be prepared to enhance the body’s natural regenerative ability.

PAYMENTS

An initial deposit of $500 USD to be submitted with your Application.
The balance is due by Augut 1, 2025

If you would like to discuss paying the balance with Cash, please be in touch.
Otherwise, a 4% Hawai'i General Excise Tax will be added to payments.

Even though we have met in a previous Retreat, there will still be a brief interview to answer any questions you may have and prepare you for this new experience.
Step 4: You will receive a confirmation of acceptance via email within 5 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Deposit of $500 to hold your space will be returned in full should your Application not be accepted, or should the workshop have to be cancelled.
